Day 11: We Are What We Think

Beneath the physical veneer, many of us see parts of ourselves as ugly but seem to be paralyzed in making those parts more attractive. The most desperate of those among us seem to see their entire existence as ugly. How can this be? For most people their life experiences are the principle reason why a dark cloud of despair looms above them like the TV character Schleprock from Flintstones, “Wowsy-wowsy-woo-woo” (Television anonymous here I come!) They have experienced, witnessed or been told ugly things throughout their life, and over the years these negative conscious thoughts have colored their subconscious reality. On Day 11 we will examine how to replace those ugly images and thoughts with life-changing affirmations. In essence, we are about to perform brain surgery.
