Day 3: Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements...Oh My!

Have you been looking for a caring, compassionate, and competent health-care provider who truly has your best interest at heart? Congratulations! You’ve just found one–yourself! The more you read this guide, the more you’ll discover a whole new way of taking charge of your health. This guide will allow you to become your own nutrition expert, because you’re bound to discover things that you’ve never known before. And if you ever seriously thought about how you could possibly free yourself from those daily prescription medicines, then this is the day for you. On Day 3 we’ll examine the vitamins, minerals and supplements that may totally change your life!

Drug companies simply want to keep us sick so they can sell us additional drugs. However, there are many conditions that allow us to toss those medicine bottles away after we change our diets, begin exercising and taking vitamins and minerals to treat the root cause of an illness that may have plagued our life because of an unknown deficiency. You may have initially thought that a discussion about vitamins, minerals, and supplements would be as dry as a desert. Please remember that the one thing history and especially the Bible has taught us about the desert is that it’s there where the true character of man is tested and his rewards are life-changing. So pack your camels, grab a few bottles of water and let’s get our Bedouin on!
