Day 6: Sweat Equity

Although activity and exercise only account for 10-15% of your daily calories burned, the true benefit of making this a regular part of your weekly routine can be found in increasing your lean muscle mass by performing resistance or strength training exercises. You can also decrease your amount of body fat by doing some form of aerobic exercise at least 3 days a week for no longer than 20 minutes. There are a ton of other exercise benefits to be gained through a regular fitness and nutritional plan.

On Day 6 we’ll examine the benefits of regular exercise and “sweat equity.”
